Corruption

And I'm only an hour and a half late, not too bad. The last update focused on the submissive aspect of a transformation, so I decided to do a thematic prequel to the situation. It's not the same situation, but it's not hard to see how the two tie together. I love a good monologue, and once I got this one started it pretty much wrote itself. I didn't do a whole lot of editing, so this is as close to stream of consciousness as you'll probably see from me. It's always fun to create a character and just let them talk for a while. If you're lucky you'll end up somewhere interesting. Have a good weekend everyone.

Faerie Fun

This post came out a little later than I would have liked. But fortunately it's a little longer than I've been doing lately, so that should hopefully make up for it.

This was originally supposed to be a Kylie cap. But the vibe just wasn't working out right for the dynamic I had set up with that character. So I decided to keep the same idea of two minds in one body but tweak the relationship a bit until it matched the images and told the story I wanted. Plus it had been a while since I've had a caption that used dialogue to carry the plot (although going through and getting the formatting just right for the two different fonts and colors did remind me why I had taken a break from that style). All in all, this won't be remember as one of my best captions, but I had fun with it and I think you will too.

Broken

An early Happy Thanksgiving to those of you who celebrate, if you're not sick after dinner you did something wrong. I finally get a few days off for the holiday, so hopefully I'll be able to make some longer captions that I've been planning for a while. As it is, this is another single panel I pulled together earlier today. The idea's been done over and over in the tg world, but I still like how this one turned out. Also, because of the holiday there's a chance the Friday update will come out Friday afternoon, but I'll try to get it out at the usual time.

A Delightful Spell

Happy Monday everyone. As of right now this week is looking to be much better than the past two for me, which hopefully means everything is back on schedule. Here are a couple of short captions I pulled together for you, pretty typical to most of my earlier work. Seeing as I had taken a bit of a forced break, I wanted to make some pieces I know I know how to write. I turned these out pretty easily so everything's looking good for getting back to normal. Submissive Love

Well so much for getting this up over the weekend, but better late than never. I have to say I really like this caption. For those of you who usually read this post first, I'd suggest reading the caption before continuing on.

Finished? Cool. Anyway, now that you're back, I was saying how much I like this caption. I'm sure it won't be everyone's cup of tea, and I'm sure I might sound like a bit of a arrogant ass for this, but I don't care. Well let me rephrase, I don't care if you dislike this particular caption. If you don't want to see more like it feel free to tell me, as I really do try to make the kinds of stuff you all want to read. But every so often you just have to make one for yourself, which this one most likely falls into. And it's not because of the story, and it's not because of the fantasy situation, as neither of them really fit my usual tastes. It's because of the last line.

The entire rest of the caption is something I've written plenty of times before, typical forced lesbian, etc. But when I finished with all of that, I still wasn't satisfied. I just really wanted something...more. I wanted to care about the main character, about what he went through. Yet as it was, I didn't. Not any more than I've cared about any other main character I've used. So I added the last line, and it made all the difference. Suddenly this is someone with hopes and dreams and he's forced to watch them all be destroyed because he's trying to give his wife what she wants. But in order to get closer to the woman he loves, he gives in to her desire to abandon their old relationship and form a new one that follows a mistress-sub mentality, which creates distance between them. There's still love, just a different kind of love. And he's willing to take whatever he can get.

I know that may be more depth than most people want in a quick caption like this, and if this doesn't work for you I promise there will be plenty more of my old style in the future. But I just couldn't write the usual today, I needed to care about something. Maybe it's just because I don't have the chance to write as much as I used to that I felt the need to make this one mean something, I don't know. Anyway, to those of you who actually read all this, thank you. I hoped you gained a little insight into what I was trying to do. Or maybe you just think I'm a pretentious ass, that's certainly possible too.

Seriously Fucked

Things still suck for me as far as free time goes, but I was able to find enough today to get out a new caption for you. I apologize for the crappy image quality, but it was the best I could do. I've been looking for an image set for this story for months, and I finally found one that worked. So while the quality's not great, it's better than nothing and beggars can't be choosers. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it. I had fun writing something a little darker than I've been doing recently, and being vulgar is always a good time. Have a good weekend everyone.

Siren Song

Quick note on the administrative side, I'll be out of town tomorrow and Wednesday visiting family. So I would say expect new posts probably on Thursday and Saturday. I've still got two requests to finish that I've been sitting on for way too long, but I want to take some serious time to make sure they're done right. Hopefully I'll finish at least one of them this week. Now on to today's post.

This is a shout out to all the silent visitors out there. I spend a lot of time talking about my followers and fellow captioners, but I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate everyone who takes the time to visit this blog. Whether you've just never taken the time to create an account, or maybe you never anything you want to comment about, I just wanted to say thanks for your silent support. Candy Cane

Here's the second request I did for Candy. Just something fun and slutty, with a hint of bimbo thrown in for good measure. After taking a break from taunting captions it was fun to revisit that tone again. I'm going to try to put together a slightly longer caption in the near future, probably around three panels as it's been over two months since I've done a caption longer than two. Now I just have to find the time to get it done.

Fast Learner

As promised, here's something a little more...risque. I'm still on the fence about titles, but then again I'm not the best at coming up with new layouts, as anyone can quickly tell by the fact that I only use two, depending on the image orientation. I'll keep playing around with them and hopefully I'll find something that works soon enough. Enjoy what's left of the weekend.

Lesson Plan

Hey everyone. I know it's been a few days since my last update, and while I want to say things will get better, I'd probably be lying. I just don't have the free time to turn out as much material as I'd like. Part of the reason is because I'm now putting a lot more effort into design than I did in the past, but it's mostly because I just have ton of other things that have to get done. But such is life, although I hate having to put my hobbies on hold.

So here's your new caption for the week. I'm not sure if I like the images or not. While I love the emotion and action they present, I'm not a big fan of either of the models. But the story was too good to pass up so I made it anyway. I was kind of torn over whether or not to describe the transformation or not. While I think it would have been nice, space constraints made it an easy thing to scratch from the final edit. I didn't have another image and I hate it when the writing gets too small, so it went in the trash.

Let me know if you want to see more out there kind of transformations/situations, or if you prefer my normal stuff. Although to be fair, calling any of the stuff I publish normal is quite the stretch. Enjoy the rest of your week.

Big, Bouncy, Boobies

I love alliteration. Nothing creates a playful tone as quickly or as easily. Anyway, here's something I threw together to hold you all over until I finish my next request. I just realized I've been sitting on it for over a month, so hopefully I can get it finished this weekend at the latest. December really, wasn't a good month for me. At my current captioning rate I'll double my output this month, and I honestly thought I was off to a slow start this year. I'm considering switching to loose schedule for 2012. I still want to turn out three captions a week, but I'm not sure if I want regularly scheduled update days. Let me know if have an opinion one way or the other, I'm interested to see what you all think.

Pretty Pink Pussy

And I'm back. As per custom, my first caption after a break is the obligatory taunting lesbian caption. Although this one has much more of a heterosexual aspect than I usually go with for this style. I'm not sure how often I'll be posting as I'm still not back to peak motivation, but I figured since I found a little bit today I had better make the most of it.

After the last caption's more serious tone, I felt the need to do something fun. And nothing says "fun" quite like rhyming couplets. I need to be in the right mood to write in this style, but these kind of captions are the ones I probably enjoy creating the most. Enjoy.

My Sissy

Hey everyone, here's a new caption for your viewing pleasure. This is a bit of a combination between my classic lesbian mistress captions and my newer more introspective stuff. A bit of humiliation, with a bit of forced self-reflection if you will. I'm not sure how I feel about the end result, but I'm glad I made it. I'm still trying to find the direction I want my new captions to generally go in (don't worry I'm still going to shoot for a variety of themes and tones), while keeping the best parts of my earlier work. It's an equally fun and frustrating process, and hopefully it will all lead to better captions for all of us.

But in the meantime, if you want to see my old style at it's best, check out this homage caption made for me by Smitty. Smitty's captions are always brilliant, and his work is a big influence for me to continue pushing my captions to be better. So I was pleasantly surprised and extremely honored that as part of his running homage to fellow cappers he decided to dedicate an entire week to my work. One Little Finger

Nothing quite like having life kick you in the shin just to remind you who's really in charge.

I just can't seem to catch a break right now. I get out of one hectic stretch only to walk into another. So here's a quickie to hopefully hold you over until I can get back on track with some of the larger/more involved pieces I have planned for the future. I would say expect to start seeing some of those soon, but I don't want to get anyone's hopes up (mostly mine) and then disappoint when I fail to meet the deadlines I laid out. So for now, just know that there is some cool stuff coming your way at some point in the near future, and I'll try to turn out some quickies for all of you wonderful readers whenever I can find the time.

Two days, two captions, now that's more like it. This was a lot of fun to write as I love rhyming couplets. I'm pretty sure that comes from the heavy diet of Dr. Seuss I grew up with. Anyway, I figured it was time to have a little fun with my writing which inspired this cute little transformation poem. The last line still bugs me as I couldn't get the right number of syllables so the beat doesn't match, but whatever.

My official "Thank You" caption to celebrate 300 followers

So 300 followers. I can't believe this blog made it this far. Back when I first started posting my stuff here this, along with one million page views, was the ultimate milestone I wanted to hit. At the time it seemed like the kind of achievement I would spend my entire captioning career trying to reach, and would be the final proof to myself that I deserved to consider myself a quality caption creator.

Less than two years later, here we are. I don't think I can say how much I appreciate everyone who reads this blog. It still kind of blows my mind that there are so many of you who show up just to see something I created. I could ramble on and on about this, but I don't want to go all mushy on you, so I'll just keep it simple. Thank you.

And while this used to be my ultimate goal for this blog, I have to say that 400 is sounding pretty good, maybe I'll stick around and see what happens...

Home Early

What started out as a quickie cap turned into something a lot more fun.

So this was meant to just be something I pulled together as a tie over until I finished up the next part of Seven. But as I started writing the story just took on a life of its own, a pleasant surprise that hasn't happened for far too long. So what was supposed to be a couple of quick sentences turned into one of my longer single panel captions. It's still not a full story by any stretch of the imagination, but I have to say it was really nice to finally have inspiration take hold of a caption again. It's writing experiences like this that remind me why I'm still making captions after two and a half years. And as long as the inspiration keeps coming, I don't see myself stopping any time soon.
